I see dead code

It seems to me that I've been starting a lot of projects in PHP lately that sort of just dies after a while... My projects folder contains just about twenty different projects, and all but a couple of them are inactive. Below is a short list over ambitious projects that mostly died right after start:

So, about that Portals game...

First, let me praise Valve for actually avoiding any reference to cakes in Portal 2. Seriously, that joke is so old and overused now that I'm getting hostile feelings whenever I read another cake reference. Actually, my opinion of Minecraft have been way up in the skies until recently, when I noticed they had added an achievement named "The lie" that you get when you bake your first cake. I was close to demanding a refund after that, but I'm sure I can overcome my own stupidity in this matter...

Some thoughts on the Kindle DX and content on demand

I like reading books, at least when I can find some uninterrupted moments to lose myself in a pocket dimension where the rest of the world ceases to exist for some moments. Basically I only have 5-10 books at home at any given time. Then I bought the Kindle DX from Amazon, and suddenly I've got tons of books again in my apartment, all without taking up space.

Give me the music back Spotify!

I've heard it's probably not Spotify's fault that so much music disappears, but it WILL be their problem if it continues, because I will cancel my subscription and move to other more reliable sources of musical entertainment...

I'll use this post to list some of the music that has disappeared recently. I hope that these songs will return at some point, but considering the speed on which other songs keeps vanishing I don't have much hope. Seriously Spotify, I've been with you as a paying customer from the very beginning, stop removing tracks!
